Scam Alert: Protect Yourself from Those Impersonating Board Staff
The Board reminds all licensees that Board staff will never contact you by telephone demanding a payment of any kind. Scammers are impersonating Board staff and if you have any hesitation, hang up the phone and contact the Board directly. Do not accept a third–party call or call transfer if offered. Additionally, scammers are pressuring licensees to download an app in an effort to steal private information.
